I love really good flavours and really good food. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia and was very lucky to have easy access to a range of mouth-watering Asian cuisine. When I moved to New York in 2016, I found it difficult to find delicious Asian comfort food in the city, so I set it upon myself to learn how to cook all my favourite Asian dishes. Friends would come over to eat my food and seeing them devour it with so much joy gave me a lot of joy. I started making cooking videos to keep a record of what I had learnt. It then became a great way for me to share these recipes and to celebrate good food with other food lovers around the world.
