Thai Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients:
1 mango
1 cup of glutinous rice
1 can of coconut milk
1/3 cup sugar
Instructions:
Using a rice cooker pot, soak 1 cup of glutinous rice in water for at least an hour and then drain it
Fill with water up to the line that says “1 cup”
Cook rice in the rice cooker as usual
To prepare the sweet coconut milk sauce, heat up the coconut milk into a pot and add 1/3 cup sugar. Mix together until the sugar is dissolved.
Peel the mango and slice into pieces
Once the sticky rice is cooked, pour 1/3 cup of the sweet coconut milk and mix together
To serve, place sticky rice into individual bowls, pour some sweet coconut milk over the rice and top with mango pieces
